Ali S.M. Al-Molah is the founder and Senior Partner of Al-Molah & Partners law firm. He was born in Kuwait in 1950. A graduate of Kuwait University Faculty of Law (1973); he completed a program in Business law at Denver University in 1979.

Before starting Al-Molah & Partners; Ali was a Legal Adviser to the Kuwait Authority for Civil Aviation, and later on an in-house-counsel for Kuwait National Petroleum Company (K.N.P.C).
Throughout the years Ali has acted on behalf of many of the most prominent Kuwaiti individuals and institutions, in many of the Landmark cases of Kuwait.

Ali's practice areas, include Corporate & Commercial, litigation, Banking and Investments. He is fluent in English and Arabic.
